VERY sick remix of Flume & Chet’s classic “Left Alone” by Ta-ku and Gravez. “Less is more” is the model here, with a long, sparse buildup before a measured, languished drop. There isn’t much to it, but the sparse progressions is what makes this track so exciting to follow.
Another entry from KRNE feat. Mikos Da Gawd, “Titles,” has smooth piano breakdowns and melodic, uplifting brass drops over a fun trap beat. Be sure to listen till 2:50 when the horns change to glitchy synths and things get really interesting! A very enjoyable listen.
Only Sam Gelaintry could start with such a bizarre, off-cantor vocal chop and turn it into such a smooth track with the perfect mix of synths and vocals. Very unique.
Have to show a little love to Sodhivine, an up-and-coming producer who we’ve featured a few times over the last year or two and who just got his first well-deserved Nest HQ premiere! “A Springtime Odyssy” is a smooth, relaxing, almost ambient sonic journey. The progression is precisely measured and it really is a beautiful listen. Keep up the good work Sodhivine!
