Bro Safari, arguably one of the biggest and most talented names in Trap, is coming to the inaugural Hudson Project and is sure to bring a huge set along with him. Joining him as always will be MC Sharpness to get the crowd going crazy (as if the music doesn’t rile everyone up enough). Mixing his originals, remixes, and the best tracks from all his friends, Bro Safari’s sets are always super-high energy, seamlessly mixed, and make the crowd go crazy.
If you’ve been to a festival this season, then you’ve definitely heard Bro Safari & Valentino Khan’s remix of MIA’s “Yala”. This huge track drops impossibly hard and makes everyone go crazy. As corny as it sounds, bombs really do go off when Bro Safari drops this song in a set.
Bro Safari’s most recent song along with UFO is “Brainless” and has the perfect mix of that apocalyptic trap sounds I love and high-pitched synths that are gaining wild popularity from the likes of Dillon Francis and Milo & Otis.
Finally, Bro Safari’s two most famous tracks are his original “The Drop” and his sample of Biggie with “Scumbag”. “The Drop” has pretty much become the trap anthem of any festival set, making everyone’s bodies bounce and drop along with the infectious melody, while “Scumbag” is just as frequently played and has the crowd screaming along rebelliously with Biggie, chanting “I’m a piece of shit, it ain’t hard to fucking tell”.
We all love the drop,
